List is being revised. Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner to press the present writ petition.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has sought following relief:-
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 23rd June, 2006 passed by the Manager (P&A) of Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India, Kanpur and the order dated 14.8.2006 passed by the Chairman and Managing Director Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India, Kanpur (Annexure Nos. 1 and 3 to this writ petition.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with full back wages and pay him arrears of salary as well as continue to pay him regular salary along with other consequential service benefit."
I have examined the order impugned, pleadings and grounds raised in the writ petition and have perused the records. The writ petition is of the year 2006 and it appears that either writ petition is rendered infructuous due to efflux of time or petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the writ petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
