Learned standing counsel is present.
According to the petitioner he was engaged as Rozgar Sewak on honorarium basis but by the impugned order dated 15.10.2014 he has been disengaged.
In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 and 2, it has been stated that the petitioner was disengaged after an inquiry was conducted against him by the Deputy Labour Commissioner, Agra who found that certain amount was embezzled. Perusal of the impugned order dated 15.10.2014 shows that the petitioner has been disengaged by resolution No.08 dated 1.10.2014 passed by the concerned Village Panchayat Raipur. The resolution of the Village Panchyat is not under challenge in the present writ petition. The impugned order is a consequential order. The petitioner has not filed any document disclosing the terms of his engagement.
In view of the aforesaid, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Consequently, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
