1. Heard Sri Anil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondent.
2. This writ petition has been filed by petitioner claiming Assured Career Progression on completion of 26 years of service and consequential benefits and also arrears of second promotional scale.
3. That being so, matter requires consideration at the first instance at the level of competent authority.
4. Therefore, we dispose of writ petition with a direction that petitioner may make an appropriate representation before competent authority within one month alongwith certified copy of this order, and if it is so filed, competent authority shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within two months thereafter.
5. With the aforesaid direction, writ petition is disposed of.
