The petitioner in the writ petition is claiming Senior Scale/Selection Grade by counting the service from the date of initial substantive appointment. What is the date of substantive appointment has not been disclosed in the relief claimed in the writ petition.
Counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition disclosing specifically what relief the petitioner wants.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
