JUDGMENT / ORDER

During the course of hearing, learned Advocate Mr. B.D. Karia states that subject to verification as regards calculation and computation of the amount to be paid as per the interim order, the bank shall pay the amount as required by the interim order dated 30th August, 2005 to the applicant by 31st October, 2013.
In view of the above statement, learned Advocate Mr.P.H. Pathak does not press the present application at this stage. Hence the application stands disposed of.
