Learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for opposite parties are present.
The present criminal revision has been moved against the impugned judgment and order dated 19.11.2011 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Lalitpur, in Criminal Appeal (Juvenile) No. 64 of 2011 dismissing the appeal of the revisionist and affirming order dated 19.10.2011 passed by learned Principal Magirstrate Juvenile Justice Board, Lalitpur, in case crime No. 4225 of 2009 (State Mahendra Kushwaha) under Section s 147, 148, 149, 302, IPC, P.S. Kotwali, Lalitpur, District- Lalitpur. By the impugned order bail application of the revisionist-applicant was rejected.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the record.
The matters pertains to the year 2011, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that by the efflux of time the revision has become infructuous and he has no objection if the same is disposed of as infructuous.
In view of the above, this criminal revision having become infructuous, is, accordingly, disposed of.
Interim order, granted earlier, stands discharged.
