Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Sujata Chaudhari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 5 and 6 and learned standing counsel who represents respondent nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4.
With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is entitled to get higher salary as the petitioner has been accorded permission however the junior teachers performing the duties as Assistant Teacher are getting higher salary.
In this regard the petitioner has filed continuous applications/representations/reminders before the respondent no.5 but no heed is paid by the respondent no.5.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.5 to consider the petitioner's representation strictly in accordance with law and dispose of the same, if the same are not yet disposed of preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
