Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
Sri Shashi Prakash Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General of India assisted by Sri R.P.S.Chauhan, learned Central Counsel for the Union of India - respondents contends that the petitioner has alternative remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal. He relies on the judgement rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Chandrakumar Vs. Union of India, reported at (1997) 3 SCC 261.
Sri Maithali Sharan Pipersenia, learned counsel assisted by Sri Anurag Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner in his usual fairness does not dispute the aforesaid legal proposition of law.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of existence of alternative and efficacious remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal with liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedy, if so advised.
