Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), West Allahabad to deliver judgement reserved on 23rd February, 2018 or, in the alternative, to direct the court concerned to hear and decide interim injunction application 6-C in Original Suit No.453 of 2016 on the next date i.e. 27th April, 2018.
In so far as the first prayer of the petitioners is concerned, this Court does not find it appropriate to issue any such direction upon the court. In respect of second prayer of the petitioners, in case the judgement is not delivered, it is open for the petitioners to press the application on the next date.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off. Order Date :- 24.4.2018.
