Hon'ble Bharati Sapru,J.
Hon'ble Saurabh Shyam Shamshery,J.
There is a huge delay of 563 days in filing of this appeal and there is no satisfactory explanation to the said delay.
The appellant is seeking relief of the old pension scheme whereas admittedly he was appointed after the year 2004 when old pension scheme was not in force and new pension scheme was in force. Therefore, on merits also his claim does not sustain.
In view of the above, there is no reason to interfere in the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
