By means of this writ petition, an order dated 28.09.2018 passed in a transfer application under Rule 65 of the Consolidation of Holdings, Rules filed by the petitioner is under challenge. The order impugned is by the Collector / District Deputy Director of Consolidation, Badaun.
It appears that after filing the application, the petitioner absented himself and therefore, the impugned order has been passed.
In my considered opinion, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he should file a restoration application before the authority concerned, which has passed the order.
Subject to the above, this writ petition is dismissed.
