Sri Pradeep Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for applicant submits that parties have entered into a compromise 2.2.2021 in Case No. 3824 of 2019 (State Vs. Mahendra Chaudhary) under sections 325, 323, 452 IPC, police station - Lalganj, District Basti arising out of Case Crime No. 80 of 2019 is duly verified by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basti vide order dated 29.7.2021 Nobody is appearing to oppose the factum of such compromise.
In terms of the verification of the compromise, proceedings of Case No. 3824 of 2019 (State Vs. Mahendra Chaudhary) under sections 325, 323, 452 IPC, police station - Lalganj, District Basti arising out of Case Crime No. 80 of 2019 are hereby quashed.
In above terms, petition is disposed off.
