This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 27.1.2021 which was passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate.
Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the order was an appealable one.
Under such circumstances, if the petitioner so desires, he may file an appeal. If the petitioner files an appeal within a period of ten days from today, then the same shall be decided within a period of two months thereafter without entering into the question of limitation. Needless to say that the question of locus-standi of the petitioner shall be considered when the appeal is filed.
With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
