Heard learned Counsels for the parties.

On account of the accident injuries which are not in dispute to the extent that the intestine of the injured claimant was damaged and was removed by joining two ends of the intestine and Dr. Dilipkumar Karsandas Parmar who was examined but had not stated that the applicant had permanent partial disability.

In view of the above, it is necessary considering medical certificate Exhibit 56 about deposition of the said Doctor.

Registry to trace out the record received from the Claim Tribunal.
