1. Sri Ashutosh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant after arguing for sometime instead of assailing the impugned order dated 28.7.2021 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, FTC (Offence Against Women), Azamgarh submits that he shall be satisfied if a direction is given to the aforesaid Judicial Magistrate to engage a counsel for the applicant from District Legal Aid Service, as applicant is a poor lady. This prayer is not opposed by Sri Janardan Prakash, learned AGA.
2. This application is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, FTC (Offence Against Women), Azamgarh to take application from the applicant in regard to engagement of counsel from Legal Aid Services, to engage a competent lawyer for the applicant so that applicant is able to contest her case on its own merits without being hampered by her poverty or any other reasons.
3. In above terms, application is disposed of.
