The cause list contains remark that process of Rule could not be served due to shortage of time.
The remark in today's cause list shows that the order admitting the petition was passed in January 2005 and the petition has remained at the said stage since then, i.e. almost 7 years, and any action has not been taken until now. It appears that now, it is only on account of the note filed by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, that the aforesaid fact has not been taken note of by the office.
Having regard to the details mentioned in the office note dated 14.02.2012, the Registry is directed to issue fresh notice to the respondents returnable on 21st March 2012.
