JUDGMENT / ORDER

RULE.
Interim relief granted earlier stands confirmed.
The Labour Court concerned is directed to deposit the entire amount lying with it in Fixed Deposit, with any nationalized Bank, initially, for a period of one year and the same shall be renewed from time to time, without any further orders in that regard from this Court.
The quarterly interest accruing on such Deposit shall be paid to respondent no.1 on regular basis.
Orders regarding disbursement of the amount of F.D. shall be passed at the time of final outcome of the petition.
