JUDGMENT / ORDER

Draft Amendment is granted. The same is to be carried out forthwith.
Notice returnable on 9th May 2012. In view of the fact that entire award amount is deposited, award dated 18.1.2012 passed by the Labour Court at Nadiad in Wages Application No.7 of 2000 is stayed.
In view of the above, Civil Application No.5067 of 2012 does not survive and the same is disposed of accordingly.
Direct Service is permitted today.
