(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred by the applicant for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to make arrangement of Jiyana of the daughter of his sister.
Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, learned APP, based on the report received by her from PSI, Talod Police Station states that the sister is staying at Dubai and no arrangement of Jiyana is to be made.
Under the circumstances, the ground does not appear to be genuine. Hence, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised.
The application is not granted. Rule discharged.
