(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict seeking extension of temporary bail mainly on two grounds; (1) He wants to see that his sister, who is recently got divorced, is remarried and (2) He is also able to attend his ailing mother, who is suffering from ailment of stone in kidney.
Rule.
Learned APP, Mr.Pujari, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
For the contents of the application, the same is allowed. The temporary bail granted by order dated 18.5.2012 is extended on same terms and conditions for a period of 25 days.
Rule made absolute.
Registry is directed to communicate this order by fax to the jail authority.
