1. The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days so as to get himself operated by a private Doctor.
2. Learned APP invited attention of this Court to a communication dated 11.06.2012 from Dr. Sanjaykumar Rai, Medical Officer, Vadodara Central Jail, Vadodara to The Superintendent, Vadodara Central Jail, Vadodara which reads as under, "1. The patient was referred to S.S.G. Hospital, Vadodara on Dt.26-05-2012, where old fracture was noted in shaft of right second proximal phalynx right foot.
2. He was advised conservative treatment by the expert of S.S.G. Hospital, Vadodara."
3. In view of the above, no case is made out to grant the temporary bail and hence the same is rejected.
