1. The present application is filed by the convict seeking extension of temporary bail granted by this Court by an order dated 27.5.2012.
In support of the application, the convict annexed the school leaving certificate of his daughter, mark sheet of his daughter and states further that he is to procure admission for his daughter and for that his presence is required.
He has also made available for perusal the disability certificate of his daughter; wherein, it is stated that she has 40% permanent disability For the contents of the application, the same is allowed and the temporary bail is extended for period of 20 days on the same terms and conditions as ordered by this Court in order dated 17th May, 2012.
Application allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute.
