Learned advocate for the petitioners restricts the challenge in this petition against the proceedings being Criminal Case No.1168 of 2009 arising out of the Protection of Women against Domestic Violence Act, reserving the liberty to file separate applications under Section 482 of the Code qua other complaints.

Post the matter on 17th April, 2012.

In the meanwhile, if the petitioner is ready and willing to execute the release deed of the flat in question in favour of the respondent-wife, he may keep the same ready on the next date of hearing.
