1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants - Mahesh, Bobby, Bhagwn Das & Ashok, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 16 of 2021, under Sections - 452, 323, 506, 354 I.P.C., Police Station - Mainather, District - Moradabad, during pendency of trial.
3. In view of the direct factual allegations against applicants, who are named in the FIR, no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail at this preliminary stage.
4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is rejected, leaving it open to the applicants to apply for regular bail, which application when filed may be considered, on its own merit as expeditiously as possible, without being prejudiced by any observation made in this order..
