Heard Mr. Manish Pandey, learned counsel for applicants and learned A.G.A. for State.
This correction application has been filed for seeking correction in the order dated 07.12.2019.
Learned counsel for applicants submits that description of Court has wrongly been transcribed as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandausi, whereas the correct description is Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandausi. Aforesaid correction application is duly supported by an affidavit.
The Court finds that in the prayer clause of the application under Section 482 Cr. P. C., the description of Court concerned itself has been mentioned as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandausi. Consequently, learned counsel for applicants is permitted to correct the prayer clause of the application during the course of the day.
In view of above, correction is made in the prayer clause of application under Section 482 Cr. P. C. Consequently, present application is allowed.
The description of Court concerned occurring as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandausi" in paragraphs 2 and 11 of the order dated 07.12.2019 shall now be read as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandausi".
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 07.12.2019.
With the aforesaid direction, this correction application is allowed.
