Heard Mrs. Sheth, learned Advocate for petitioner and Mr. Hasurkar, learned Advocate for respondent.
Under order dated 16.12.2011, the office was directed to issue notice to the respondents making it returnable on 11.01.2012. Since then, until now, though almost five months have passed, respondents have not filed reply affidavit.
The petition involves issue as to whether the office of Chartered Accountant should be subjected to the tariff applicable to commercial establishment, for raising bill for electricity consumption.
Rule returnable on 27th August 2012. If the petitioner succeeds in the petition the respondent shall return the amount of difference with interest at the rate applicable to and payable on fixed deposit.

Hasurkar has waived service of process of rule on behalf of respondent No.1.
