Heard Mr.Bhatt, learned advocate for the applicant and perused the application. On account of non-removal of office objections, the main matter came to be dismissed vide order dated 28.1.2011. Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of the applicant, so also considering the explanation tendered in this application, supported by the affidavit of the applicant, the instant application is allowed in terms of relief paragraph 7-B of this application, with the direction that the office objections shall be removed within one week hereof. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
