JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, on 27.11.2008, in W.P.No.7574 of 2008.
2. By the order, dated 27.11.2008, this Court had directed the respondent to issue the conduct certificate, transfer certificate, original S.S.L.C. Mark sheet and the community certificate to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.
3. The petitioner had submitted that the direction issued by this Court had not been obeyed and therefore, he had preferred the present contempt petition.
4. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the respondent had handed over the transfer certificate, original S.S.L.C. Mark sheet and the community certificate to the petitioner.
5. In such circumstances, since no further orders are required, the contempt petition stands closed.
