JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner's Writ Petition No.25386 (SS) of 2018 was finally disposed of by the Writ Court vide judgement and order dated 7.2.2019 in following terms:-
"The petitioner retired on 30.4.2013 from the post of Revenue Lekhpal. During service he was awarded promotional pay scale and he has completed more than 35 years service. Therefore, he claims his entitlement for Assured Career Progression benefit in terms of Government Order dated 4th of May, 2010. The petitioner has already represented to the District Magistrate, Unnao on 1.8.2018 for redressal of aforesaid grievance. His representation is on record as Annexure No. 3 to the writ petition.
Since the matter is pending consideration before the opposite party No.2, without entering into the merit of the case, I hereby dispose of the writ petition finally with the direction to the opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the petitioner's representation within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
The petitioner is also given liberty to produce the copy of such representation along with copy of this order for ready reference of the concerned authority.
In the aforesaid terms, the writ petition is disposed of finally."
In pursuance to the notice issued in this contempt petition, a compliance affidavit of Mr. Devendra Kumar Pandey, District Magistrate, Unnao has been tendered today in the Court, which is taken on record. Along with the aforesaid affidavit, copies of the orders dated 9.4.2019 and 15.4.2019 have been placed on record, whereby the petitioner has been given 2nd and 3rd A.C.P. and the arrears of difference of pay has also been paid to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the petitioner should be paid the revised pension in view of the grant of 2nd and 3rd A.C.P. to him.
In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt petition is finally disposed of with direction to the respondents to revise the pension of the petitioner in view of the 2nd and 3rd A.C.P. having been granted to the petitioner vide orders dated 9.4.2019 and 15.4.2019 respectively.
Contempt notice stands discharged.
