O R D E R This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner.
2. It is stated that this is the fifth petition filed by the petitioner before this Court. The trial is stated to have been commenced and the material witnesses are already examined. There being no changed circumstances to entertain the present petition, this petition is also rejected. However, having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and complete the trial as early as possible within a period of three months from today.
