The prayer in this petition is to command the second respondent (Greater Noida, Industrial Development Authority) to waive off the penalty and execute lease deed of house no.487, Sectoir-XU-02, Block-A in favour of the petitioner.
Sri Ramendra Pratap Singh, upon query by the Court, has informed the Court that a one time settlement scheme is currently in operation as per which, an allottee can claim certain benefits if application is submitted by 30th September, 2021 after completing certain formalities.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse to the one time settlement scheme.
The writ petition is therefore dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as payed for. In case, the petitioner's application under one time settlement scheme is rejected, that may be taken as a fresh cause of action by the petitioner to file fresh petition.
