Case called out in the revised list. No one is present on behalf of the revisionist. On earlier occasion also case was listed on 24.08.2017 but no one was present to press this revision.
I have heard the arguments of learned AGA and perused the material evidence on record as well as judgement and order dated 14.03.1996.
This revision has been preferred by the revisionist against the order dated 14.03.1996 passed in Criminal Case No.448 of 1995 (Smt.Puspa Devi vs. Mahesh Kumar) whereby the revisionist (husband) was directed to pay Rs.300/- per month as maintenance to the opposite party Smt.Puspa, wife of Mahesh Kumar (revisionist).
I find no illegality, irregularity, perversity or manifest error of law in the judgement and order dated 14.03.1996.
Revision lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
