Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 16.11.2018 cancelling the contract as well as order/ notice dated 23.03.2021 issued by respondent no. 2 (Annexure No. 5 and 6 to the writ petition).
(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding respondent no. 2 not to take any coercive action against the petitioner in pursuant to impugned order/ notice dated 23.03.2021."
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
