Petitioner has been selected on the post of Science Teacher, pursuant to advertisement no.1 of 2013. He has been placed in a particular institution, which is not available, and therefore, the District Inspector of Schools, Ambedkar Nagar, has sent a letter to the Secretary of the Board on 16.11.2017 for placing the petitioner to any other institution. Grievance of the petitioner is that despite such a communication sent, the Board has not taken any decision so far.
Sri A.K. Yadav appearing for the respondents states that in case no decision has been taken, the authority concerned shall examine the letter within a reasonable period.
Considering the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.2 to examine the letter of District Inspector of Schools dated 16.11.2017, contained in Annexure 8 to the writ petition, and take an appropriate decision, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
