The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 09.07.2020 passed in Writ C No.9826 of 2020 (Mahesh Kumar Kausadhan Vs. State of U.P. and others).
The copy of the instructions given by Sri Anand Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party, was given to counsel for the applicant. It is informed by Sri Anand Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with.
In this view of the matter, Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed. However, in case applicant is still aggrieved it is open for the applicant to approach the appropriate forum, if so advised.
