Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Objection has been raised against the Nazul land being usurped by the private respondents.

For ventilating his grievance, it is open for the petitioner to approach the revenue authorities.

Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the District Magistrate, Lakhimpur Kheri to look into the matter and take a decision within three month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Subject to above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
