After some argument, Sri C.L. Pandey, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Ashish Kumar Dubey prayed for withdrawal of the contempt application with liberty to proceed in contempt of the injunction order passed by the trial court.
The contempt application is accordingly disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
