This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide adequate Police Protection to the petitioner institution.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor(P), on instruction submitted that the request of the petitioner for police protection was enquired into and further action was dropped. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he still apprehends trouble from the temporary staffs, who have been removed from the service.
3.It is needless to point out that in case the petitioner faces any further trouble, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the second respondent with necessary application, seeking protection. On receipt of such application, the second respondent shall pass appropriate orders, within a week after affording due opportunity to all the parties concerned.
4.With the above observation, the criminal original petition stands closed.
