Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Bushra Maryam, learned counsel for the first respondent.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:
"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the date of advertisement dated 16.10.1998.
ii) issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 to appoint the petitioner on one of the present vacant post of class 4th employee in civil court, District Pilibhit."
The order sheet reflects that despite several opportunity given to the petitioner, steps were not taken to effect service upon the second and third respondent as is reflected from the order sheet dated 22.04.2005.
In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed against second and third respondents.
In the absence of the private respondents the reliefs prayed cannot be granted.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
