Petitioners apparently are the employees of a private company i.e. M/s Jaypee Greens. They have approached this Court with the grievance that their representation made to Backward Classes Commission be directed to be considered.
In respect of the grievance relating to service matter remedy of petitioners would be to approach the appropriate Forum. The Backward Classes Commission would not be the appropriate authority to examine such issue. The employer of the petitioners has also not been impleaded as a party.
Leaving it open for the petitioners to approach the appropriate Industrial forum, this petition is consigned to records.
