The petitioner claims that the application for demarcation under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, is pending consideration and because of its pendency various disputes had arisen between the neighbours.
It is, therefore, directed that the application which the petitioner filed on 11.05.2018 be decided within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
