The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 20.06.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar whereby he had directed the Sub-Registrar not to register the sale deeds of the land situate in Yamuna and Hindon river area.
Learned Standing Counsel informs that he has instructions to state that the aforesaid order dated 20.06.2019 has been withdrawn by the District Magistrate/Collector, Gautam Budh Nagar vide order dated 05.12.2019.
In view of the above, no cause of action survives in the writ petition and the same is directed to be consigned to record.
