Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
The only prayer pressed on this petition is for the representation of the petitioner being decided and the respondents conveying the decision to the petitioner with respect to the deductions from his pension.
Learned Standing Counsel states that subject to all contentions on merits being left open and in case the petitioner approaches the competent authority within a period of two weeks from today by way of a detailed representation, the same shall be duly attended to and disposed of in accordance with law and preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of, in light of the statement made and noted above.
