The instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of the non bailable warrant dated 2.1.2019 issued in Complaint Case No. 391 of 2016 (Kamlakant Nayat vs. Mahesh Badal and another) under Section 138 N.I. Act, police station Kotwali, district Jhansi.
Learned counsel for the applicant has made limited prayer that the applicant is willing and ready to appear before the court below as directed by this Court.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with direction that the applicant shall appear on or before 7th of February, 2019 before the court along with appropriate application and the same shall be decided expeditiously, preferably on the same day.
Till the disposal of the said application, the non bailable warrant dated 2.1.2019 passed in the above mentioned case shall be kept in abeyance.
The application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of accordingly.
