1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to modify the order dated 26.11.2019 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Jhansi in Appeal No.52 of 2019 by granting two months time to the applicant for depositing 20% amount of Rs.66,00,000/- as directed by the learned Incharge/Sessions Judge, Jhansi under Section-138 N.I. Act, 1881, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Jhansi.
3. Learned counsel for the applicants state that twenty days time granted to the applicants is too less to comply with the requirements of the deposit of fine.
4. Considering the fact that applicants had prayed for two months time from November, 2019, they are granted time up to 27.01.2020 to comply with the order dated 26.11.2019.
5. With the aforesaid directions, this application is finally disposed of.
