Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The revision has been filed to set aside the order dated 25.7.2018 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1/Additional civil Judge(S.D.) Saharanpur in Misc. case no. 4 of 2018 under section 156(3) Cr.p.c. P.s. Teetroh District Sharanpur whereby application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. of the revisionist has been rejected.
It is always open to the parties to file complaint even after dismissal of the application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. Since revisionist has remedy to file complaint, no interference is called for.
This revision is disposed of subject to the aforesaid observations.
