Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 10.8.2018 pending before the respondent no. 2.
On perusal of the record, I find that proper facts have not been explained for the purpose of entertaining the present petition as Public Interest Litigation. Relevant revenue records have also not been enclosed and a proper prayer has not been made.
Under such circumstances, present petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh, if so desires, along with relevant documents.
No order as to costs.
