The order-sheet bears that on 13.02.2015 the matter was adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the applicant.
Admittedly contempt is alleged by virtue of an order passed by the Presiding Officer issuing non-bailable warrants. However, the order of the Court dated 10.07.2014 clearly records that the interim order is already 'not operating'.
Neither notices have been issued nor cognizance has been taken on this petition.
In view thereof this contempt petition is dismissed.
