Learned advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition and urges the Court that let there be a direction to the respondent nos.1 and 2 for deciding the representation dated 27.02.2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the writ of this Court.
Permission, as sought for is granted. The matter is dismissed as withdrawn. The respondents are directed to decide the representation as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the writ of this Court. In case, if the decision is adverse, it goes without saying that it is open to the petitioner to approach the Court or take alternative remedy available under the law. Direct service is permitted.
