Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By above correction application, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks certain correction in the original order dated 22.4.2019 as there is typographical error in the memo of writ petition due to which an error has been erected to the extent that in paragraph No.4 of the said order, word "Authorized Controller" be replaced in place of word "Manager".
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of writ petition.
Accordingly, order dated 22.4.2019 is corrected to the extent that in paragraph No.4 of the said order, the word "Manager" will be read as "Authorized Controller".
Correction application is allowed.
